Our Mission
Solera Behavioral Health, an online youth-led volunteer initiative that offers peer mental health support, behavior tracking tools, and educational resources. It’s designed to help teens and families navigate mental health challenges through group support, workshops, and volunteer opportunities. The project is not a clinical service but a safe, supportive community built by and for young people.
Solera Behavioral Health is a youth-led, nonprofit initiative created to make mental health resources more accessible to teens and families in our community.
Founded by Jayden Werden, a local teen with a passion for mental health advocacy, Solera was built out of the belief that education, awareness, and connection can make a real difference. Our mission is to inform, empower, and support young people through free, easy-to-understand content — including blog posts, educational materials, and community resources.
While we don’t provide clinical services, we do partner with licensed professionals who help ensure our content is safe, accurate, and youth-appropriate. Everything we create is made with care, honesty, and a deep understanding of what it’s like to navigate mental health as a young person today.
Whether you’re looking for answers, support, or just a reminder that you’re not alone — you belong here.
